Health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being in which disease and infirmity are absenta state or condition of being physically active. Fitness is a result of general nutrition and proper conditioning, and fitness is a state of general physical and mental well-being.

There five components of physical fitness you need to consider:
 1.Muscular strength. This is the "power" that helps you to lift and carry heavy objects. ...
2.Muscular Endurance. 
3.Cardiovascular endurance. 
4.Flexibility. 
5.Body Fat Composition.
Similarly,the five elements of health are:
1.Physical Health.
2.Mental Health.
3.Emotional Health.
4.Social health.
 5.Spiritual Health.

You need to incorporate exercises in your daily routine for you to be fit and healthy.
Regular exercise and physical activity promotes strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and reduce your risk for some cancers.
To have an adorable heath, consider what you eating habits, workout routines for your fitness, and daily life habits like relaxing, having peace of mind etc.
