TIPS to be HEALTHY and keep FIT this quarantine


First consider having that motivation to gain and be fit. This keeps your mind and body guaged and focused towards achieving what you aim. There are these few tips you have to consider.
1. Have peace of mind
Cut off strings that may make your mind stressed. _*Stress*_ is a lethal psychological killer even to your body muscles. This is because the stress hormones still impact adrenaline hormones responsible for giving you energy during work outs. So it's good to have the peace of mind. That's the BASELINE of everything. Be HAPPY always. _Makasiriko πŸ˜”doesn't help._
2. *Eat well*πŸ‰πŸšπŸ₯œ
Note this NOT all types of food on your table are essential for your gaining weight and being Fit. Consider eating lots of fruits and vegetables. Nasty foods like pizza, chocolate burger etc only contribute to _obesity_ and not effective weight gain!.
 Secondly feed on more CALORIES to replace the ones you lose while working out. Cereals, grains, starch are effective source of calories.
 Thirdly. Don't eat " FASTING" πŸ˜„. Eat as long as food is there, this helps u Gain.
~Note this~ when you fail to eat accordingly, the body shifts to then using glycogen stored in your muscles to glucose to sustain the body normal activities. So eat WELL.
Remember :Drop _sugar_ intake . Avoid drugs!!!!
3. *Sleep time*😴
Make sure you sleep for _*atleast 8hrs*_This helps your body relax and regain. Staying awake needs energy!. Sleep is a better mind therapy. It helps cool the head , resuscitate the mind and regain it's potential workability. Pia sleep helps improve _self esteem.This enables you to ACCEPT yourself and never get intimidated by other people physicalities.
4. *Do Exercises*πŸ‹‍♀
Since it's lockdown, No public gatherings, use your time well at home to do simple exercises. This are simple exercises you need.: Before this make sure you jog for atleast 5minutes.πŸ•
*#Jumping Jacks 30 sec.*
This engages your whole body.
*#Squarts 10X*
Engages your lower body and abdomen
*#Crunches,Sit Ups 10X*
Burn excess belly fat
*#Push ups 10X* for whole body
*#Cobra Stetches 20sec*
Stretch whole body.

NB: there's lot more on exercises I will talk about it next session)
5. *Build a motivation/ Self esteem*
Have something to cheer on and appreciate for your body each day. It builds esteem. You won't feel low or embarrassed of yourself. Reach to your motivator for more to keep going.
